In your experience, how important has everyone seen mechanical stimulus (shear, stretch, etc.) to be in their intestine models? Would this differ by region of the intestine? Cell line vs organoid model? Would love to hear some thoughts on the topic, interesting papers, or anecdotal experiences as well. Cheers!</p>
