Hot Off The Press Research for Liver 3D Models – 10/07/22
Hi All,
Here again with another research roundup. Based on some feedback and the volume of studies coming out, I’m going to be curating this list to reduce the overall number but, hopefully, enriching it for interesting content. Admittedly the selection is largely based on titles and abstracts, so if I’ve missed a cool article, please drop it in the comments below!
(Also, you’ll see this text throughout Moxi as I divide these papers up into their respective tissue Topics. Sorry in advance for the repetition. If you want to see the whole list, check out the News Topic Thread)
And with that, on to the list:
- Modeling drug-induced liver injury: current status and future prospects
- Development of synthetic vasculature, 4D optical oxygen mapping and their implementation in human 3D liver tissue models
- Human liver microphysiological system for predicting the drug-induced liver toxicity of differing drug modalities
- Long-Term Expansion of Murine Primary Hepatocyte Organoids
- Assessing the transferability and reproducibility of 3D in vitro liver models from primary human multi-cellular microtissues to cell-line based HepG2 spheroids
- 3D-printed PLA/Gel hybrid in liver tissue engineering: Effects of architecture on biological functions
Sorry, there were no replies found.
